Workaholism, commute to work and constant stress, this is the world we are leaving in. Racing thoughts, rush, not enough sleep. It’s a race you feel you need to win each day.

But what if you spend 10 minutes at the end of each day to write 5 things that you are grateful for?

Something you enjoyed, that put the smile on your face.

My example:
I am grateful for:

– Delicious apple cake
– The blue sky
– High tide and huge waves
– Homemade chocolate
– Phone call from my parents

It is proved that people who does this exercise are happier, their level of stress drops. Happiness level increase 25%. They focus on things which are important. They are more thankful, appreciate the world around them.
